RezlCare Privacy Policy

We, the developers of RezlCare believe Privacy is a fundamental human right.
RezlCare does not collect any information about you that would allow us or anyone else to identify who you are, where you are or what device you are using RezlCare on. We do not collect your GPS location, IP address, device id, email address, phone number or any other information which would allow us or anyone else to identify you in any way.
While it is unlikely that law enforcement will contact us, if they were to do so, we have no information about you and so we will NOT be able to provide any information to them about you, who you are, where you are or how to contact you.
All data used by the RezlCare app is encrypted and cannot be accessed or read by other apps. This includes the Private Diary entries where you can record you own private notes and your position in the programme audio sessions. We have no access to Private Diary entries as they are only stored on your phone.
When the RezlCare app first runs, it creates a user id on our server, with the date and time you successfully activated RezlCare but we do not request or store your email address, phone number, device id or any other information.
When you first activate RezlCare you are asked to enter a PIN which is only stored on your phone. (NB: The one downside of this policy is that we cannot remind you of your PIN if you forget it. If you do forget it, then you will need to reset the app storage (Android) or uninstall the app and reinstall it (this will work for both Android and iOS).In this case, you will lose your diary entries, the number of times you have listened to each audio and where you have got to in the audios but you can get back to the same point by listening to a small part of each audio until the Quickstart moves you back to the same point. You can also take this opportunity to re-listen to the tutorials and meditations to further reinforce your mindfulness.)
We do not hold or retain any data relating to you; and so you will never need to ask us to remove any data relating to you. Should you wish to delete all RezlCare data from your phone, then all you have to do is uninstall RezlCare. This data will be deleted immediately as there is no retention period for your data.
To help us improve RezlCare, the app will anonymously report which RezlCare meditations and tutorials are played and the duration. This information cannot be used to identify you in any way.
RezlCare servers are located in the UK and we comply with all European Data Protection regulations and laws including GDPR.

For help, email us at info@rezl.com. If you require help, you may need to provide us with your account User ID (it is displayed in More->Account). You can ask us to delete all information we record while helping you once the call has been completed. This will mean we will lose history that may slow down helping you in the future but your privacy is more important to us and we will always delete such information within three working days of your request.
You may change your PIN at any time by going to More->Account and selecting Change PIN. You will be asked to enter your current PIN first, then the new PIN twice.
If you wish, you can uninstall and reinstall RezlCare and this will assign you a new user id which is in no way associated with the original one.
RezlCare app will only ask for the minimum app system permissions to download audio files, save them on your phone, play them and mute them should your phone ring.
The Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions are governed by and are the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
